I want to take a moment to recognize Elvis, Junior, and the entire team at 360 Auto Care for the excellent way they treated me throughout my experience.A special thank you to Elvis, who was incredibly professional, patient, understanding, and helpful from beginning to end. He went above and beyond to communicate with me, keep me informed, and make sure my issue was resolved as smoothly as possible. I truly appreciated his willingness to listen and his genuine effort to help.I also want to recognize Junior, who was professional, courteous, and respectful in all of our communication.And a big thank you to the two mechanics who worked on my vehicle. Both were very patient, welcoming, respectful. Their attitude and customer service made me feel comfortable and welcomed every time I was at 360.There are still a couple of minor items with the vehicle that Elvis and I agreed to follow up on, but I believe it's equally important to recognize people when they treat a customer well.Thank you Elvis, Junior, and the entire 360 team. I had a great experience with this mechanic shop. They fully serviced my car, including an oil change, tire rotation, and new brakes, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. Everything was done professionally, efficiently, and at a very reasonable price.What I appreciated most was that they were honest and never tried to charge me for things I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to find a mechanic you can actually trust. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back!
